MEND was established in 2019 as a group of collaborators with the belief that the best design solutions are the ones bred through collective effort. We are a consultancy that brings to bear over thirty years of experience in design, construction, academics, consensus-building and leadership for just about anything our clients put before us.

We are a multi-disciplinary design firm with an emphasis on a range of unique projects that have diverse scales and origin stories. Our design approach combines equal amounts of creative skill and critical thinking - allowing us to help our clients navigate the inherent complexities of their projects.

Our home base is Charlotte, North Carolina with satellites in Radenthein, Austria and Vilnius, Lithuania. That just happens to be where everyone lives - there's no other rhyme or reason. Our projects are located all over as well!
